- The All-on-4/6 Concept: If you are missing all teeth in an arch, we do not need an implant for every tooth. By placing 4 or 6 implants at specific angles, we can securely support a full bridge of 12-14 teeth.
- Prosthodontic Planning: The aesthetic dentist will plan the height and bite of your new teeth to ensure they look natural and function perfectly without stressing your jaw joints.

2. Surgical Excellence: Extraction & Implantation
The surgical phase is performed by a specialized Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon under profound local anesthesia or IV sedation.
The Clinical Process:
- Extractions & Bone Prep: Any remaining failing teeth are painlessly extracted, and the jawbone is smoothed and prepared.
- Implant Placement: 4 to 6 titanium implants (e.g., Straumann, Nobel Biocare) are placed strategically in the jaw. The rear implants are often tilted to maximize contact with existing bone and avoid the need for bone grafts.
