2. Tooth Preparation and CAD/CAM Milling
The physical creation of your crown leverages robotic precision and master ceramics.
The Clinical Process:
- Gentle Preparation: Under local anesthesia, the damaged or decayed tooth is carefully filed down to create a strong core (abutment) for the new crown to sit on.
- Temporary Crowns: You will immediately be fitted with a temporary acrylic crown to protect the tooth while your final crown is being made. You are never left without a tooth.
- CAD/CAM Milling: The digital design is sent to the clinic’s in-house milling machine, which carves your crown out of a solid block of premium Zirconia with micron-level accuracy. A master ceramist then glazes and bakes the crown for a natural finish.

3. Final Fitting and Cementation
The final step is securely bonding the new crown to your prepared tooth.
The Final Result:
- The Try-In: The temporary crown is removed, and the new Zirconia crown is placed over the tooth to check the fit, color, and your bite. Adjustments can be made immediately in the clinic’s lab.
- Permanent Cementation: Once you and the dentist are perfectly happy, the crown is permanently bonded to the tooth using a highly durable, specialized dental cement.
