2. Precision Preparation and Milling
Once the design is approved, the physical transformation begins using the most advanced dental materials.
The Clinical Process:
- Gentle Preparation: Under local anesthesia, the teeth are minimally prepared (shaved down slightly) to create room for the new veneers or crowns. For pure veneers, this preparation is paper-thin (0.3-0.5mm).
- Material Selection:
- E-max Veneers/Crowns: Made of lithium disilicate, offering the highest level of translucency and natural light reflection. Best for front teeth.
- Zirconia Crowns: Highly durable and opaque, ideal for covering heavily discolored teeth or for molars that endure heavy chewing forces.
- In-House Laboratory: The digital impressions are sent to the clinic’s CAD/CAM milling machines, where your new teeth are rapidly carved from solid blocks of premium porcelain.

The Final Result:
- The Try-In Session: Before permanent cementation, the new E-max or Zirconia teeth are temporarily placed. You and the dentist will check the color, fit, and your bite.
- Permanent Cementation: Once approved, the teeth are permanently bonded to your natural teeth using specialized, highly durable dental cements.
